Came under Tumaini care January, 2013 – Wema is looking for sponsorship support
Wema comes iwth with her brother Ayubu and sister Karol, three of eight children we are assisting. We initially brought Wema to live at Tumaini to allow her a chance to succeed after our attempts in providing outreach assistance proved ineffective.
Wema’s family (the children have no parents) own a small farm, what was a dilapidated, two room mud house. Tumaini
built a new bathroom, repaired the house and roof and supplied beds, dishes and basic living needs to the family, but the academic support she, Ayubu and Karol required simply wasn’t present.
Wema struggles to follow the discipline required at Tumaini and so it is thought best in her interest that we provide her education through boarding school, where the regimentation should prove beneficial to her.
Wema requires support for boarding school in the amount of $1240.00 CAD annually.
